A way to guide children's challenging behaviours
We invite you to join us for this invaluable program with Counsellor, Arini Verwer (Beaumaris) to learn practical insights to help you guide your child's behaviour.
Children are often taught how to behave appropriately through discipline, deprivation, punishment and consequences. These methods can create feelings of guilt, shame, misbehaviour and psychological disaffect. New research on the brain demonstrates that when we are emotionally distressed, it is much harder to learn; therefore these feelings of despair may hinder our children's learning abilities.
Arini will speak about a breakthrough evidence-based method to guiding children's behaviour called the Super Six Heroes Kit, which utilises brain based learning to create optimal and sustainable results, assisting children in making wise choices.
