Michelle worked in corporate human resources for many years before beginning further study to satisfy her curiosity in health and wellness. While studying a degree in nutritional medicine, Michelle came across Ayurveda as a subject and was inspired by Ayurveda’s emphasis on the mind, body, and spirit connection. Michelle pivoted, completing studies as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, and then an Advanced Diploma in Ayurveda at the Australasian Institute of Ayurveda.
Michelle focuses on teasing out the complexities of illness and offering effective treatments. Ayurveda offers a holistic, individual approach and Michelle provides practical guidance to improve, manage and correct health and lifestyle issues. Compassionate and understanding, Michelle helps recovering women to cope in times of crises and to reignite their inner flame through rejuvenation measures.
Michelle also holds an International Diploma of Complementary Therapy and practices EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Reiki and Reflexology. Michelle enjoys Ayurvedic cooking, deep connections through family and friendships and creating vision-boards and watching them come to life. Michelle is a mother of two and lover of her golden retrievers Lou and Mandy.
